So let's get started by discussing a few pointers that can help your smoothie-making process go more easily. You should start by using frozen fruit. The reason for this is that you don't want to add too much ice to your smoothie. Do your own fruit freezing.

On a baking sheet, I prefer to freeze my fruit in a single layer. This keeps it from sticking together and clumping.

Next, when using your blender, make sure to place the liquid close to the blades. That will make your blender operate a little more efficiently. Finally, don't be scared to freeze your smoothies after pre-packaging them.

These are fantastic because all you have to do in the morning is get out of bed, throw a few of these into your blender with some yogurt and juice, and you're ready to go. Breakfast is available. I adore having this bright, tropical-colored smoothie to start my week. It will help you get motivated on a depressing Monday. Therefore, we will begin with a half cup of pineapple juice.

You could substitute orange juice or even almond milk for the pineapple juice in this recipe if you don't have any on hand.

We'll also mix in half a cup of Greek yogurt to that. This will provide our smoothie a small amount of much-needed protein, and then we'll top it with some wonderful fruits like frozen pineapple, mango, and delightful banana. To finish, we'll add a tiny touch of grated ginger to brighten everything up and then blend. Breakfast on Monday is taken care of.

This is what I like to refer to as my Orange-based Tuesday smoothie when it's not Monday. About half a cup of orange juice will be our first drink. To that, we'll add roughly half a cup of Greek yogurt for protein, one frozen peach, half an orange that has been peeled, and one shredded carrot.

When no one is watching, I enjoy slipping vegetables into these smoothies. They won't even get to taste it.

I'm ready for something cheerful and lovely on hump day, like this watermelon, strawberry, and fresh raspberry smoothie from Ruby Reb. It is delicious beyond belief. We're going to blend it with some Greek yogurt and a tiny bit of almond milk. For this dish, I'm using vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt, and presto—breakfast. You're at your absolute peak of tension by Thursday, at least I know I am.

With so many antioxidant benefits, what better way to start the day? This wonderful purple smoothie contains some of the foods that are highest in antioxidants. We are pouring half a cup of pomegranate juice into our blender. Cranberry juice can be used instead of pomegranate juice if you don't have any. The Greek yogurt will then be flavored with vanilla.

We have frozen blackberries, blueberries, and even gorgeous, freshly pitted cherries. Purchase a large quantity while they are in season, pit them, and then freeze them so you may enjoy them all year.

Honorable members, congratulations. You survived until Friday. Now, it would probably be best if we got some greens into us early to help us get ready for the fantastic night you have coming up.

I will now demonstrate my delicious Friday green goodness smoothie for you. Okay, so the recipe begins with roughly half a cup of orange juice, half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, two peeled and frozen kiwis, and then a full avocado.

It will definitely add some creaminess and texture, I promise. You're going to adore it utterly. Unbelievably, avocados can now be frozen.

Although it is fantastic in smoothies, you will never be able to eat it on its own again. We'll then add a few greens, but thanks to the lovely kiwi, you won't even notice them. Remember that smoothies are a great vehicle for improvisation.
